God, what a time. There’s the 26th tomorrow, thats always a fun day of the month :).

Finished adventure time, and I mean ALL OF IT (distant lands + fionna and cake included). I did skip a lot of episodes from the main series, but I still enjoyed it a lot. ESPECIALLY fionna and cake, I dont know what substance they put in that intro but something about it starting from the golb crack is LIKE CRACK to my brain, I love it its great.

(DO NOT talk to me about simon, that shit hurt)

And distant lands was NIIIIIIIIICE. I adore cadabra, screw the “mixed reception” for wizard city, I agree pepbutt was done a little dirty but cadabra makes up for it, shes such a fun character I love her to bits.

And the marcy and pb and finn and jake episodes were SO GOOD HOLY HELL, seeing marceline jam some more was so cool and I wouldnt have finn and jake’s episode end any other way, had jake not done what he did at the end I wouldve ripped my skull open with an ankle grinder.

Bmo’s episode’s are always a treat too, though ill admit it wasnt all that special for me given most of the characters arent that intruiging (other than bmo himself he was perfect).

Anyways, a little sidetrack onto boring stuff. There was a protest yesterday, somewhat about hating immigration or smthn, its lame im not gonna get into it. Every classmate stayed for away from it, nobody wanted to be near an inch of that, it was a protest supposedly for the “working class” but it reeked of some nasty business, and trust me I KNOW nasty when I see it (also the study centre had to explicitly warn us about it, so even if I didnt think anything of it there’s that)

More project skills shenanigans, nobody knows what theyre doing in that subject anymore, english is actually going pretty well, and physics is as daunting as ever.

But hey, PROGRESSION REVIEW WEEK (I have the week off but i gotta study like hell for the physics exam on the 4th and english courswork on the 2nd). Thats nice.

Admittedly very shoddily made, I had to scavenge chicken recipes for something easy because god were most of them asking for A LOT of ingredients, but god bless the 3 month old dried pasilla peppers, they added a lot of flavor.

Out of all the fried chicken and butter chicken recipes i’d been searching for, it was honestly the only recipe I had enough ingredients for and that I could have chicken ready for today, though i am marinating the rest of the chicken in nandos sauce for tmr. I did really want butter chicken but ill probably just make it once I have the garam masala for it next week. Also, I wanted it done quick tbh, and both regular fried chicken recipes with double dipping in different bowls (I literally only have one bowl) and the marinating, and GOD the lengthy ass butter chicken recipes were not gonna cut it, FutureCanoe’s really was just easier, thank god <3.

Im still craving butter chicken though.

I mean, I made chillidogz, MY USERNAME IS LITERALLY FLUFFYCHILIDOGZ. I CAN DO ANYTHING, IM HAVING THAT FUCKING BUTTER CHICKEN NEXT WEEK.

Okay enough food talk. Actually wait no a little slight eensy teensy thing. I got meat flavoured indomie this week :0.

I normally get mi goreng, I didnt even know that morrisons sold meat flavour. It’s awesome (and also half a pound less expensive).

Though, and I know this isnt just me, but im WAY too used to having meat flavoured indomie in cups instead of packs, its uncanny and my brain hasnt gotten over that yet.

Its to the point where idk if I prefer it over mi goreng as well, though i’ve been screwing around with how I make the noodles so much recently I genuinely dont think I can compare both times I had them anyways.

For one, I’ve been putting packets after cooking the food now. I know thats generally whats oughta be done, but I started off noodling with my packets head first in the water/milk, so old habits have been dying hard. Besides, im not quite sure how much better I like this yet, tasty broth is nice too :p.

And also HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU PUT? I dont even know anymore, recently I take some out after its done, but not enough for it to ruin the experience? Enough to put in the packets if its a large portion, cuz id rather do that then put a packet for every bowl.

O, and the milk. Yea if you found the “water/milk” thing earlier weird, let it be known I have been laying off of the milk for a while. Maybe the years of milk indomie got to me but I just havent enjoyed milk noodles for like, a month now. So none of that for now.

Im sure itll be back though :p.

It was pretty nice :). Admittedly, since I was told the recipe MONTHS ago and I havent thought about it since then my memory’s a bit fuzzy on it, but I think I got it right. It went as follows:

1 pack

cook it (no packets)

DRAIN IT OF EVERY SPECK OF WATER

butter

mix

sour cream

mix.

And yea, then add the packets and ur done.

Listen, I know I said I was sick of milk indomie earlier but trying this out GOT ME. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN MILK INDOMIE. It was SO CREAMY, just a couple of steps from fettuccine alfredo type of viscosity and I loved it. Honestly, probably shouldve heated the sour cream first since it cooled the noodles down quite a lot, having come from the fridge and all, but I liked it regardless. I think it might be nice with lemon too, so I got some lemon juice to recreate it this week and see if its good (I bet it is). We’ll see how that goes.

Anygoop, you like dogs? Its a silly question given with the express purpose of allowing me transition into a discussion about user-177606669 (ill call them user) BUT I DONT CARE.

go listen to dof 4, its one of the only songs to genuinely make me laugh and I love it. I listened to it while doing the dishes, and usually I like to daydream scenarios according to whatever music im listening to, but two people losing it over dogs NOT what I had planned, I almost busted out laughing with how stupid they were ITS SO GOOD.

Honestly, all their work is so awesome. Its hard to explain but you get this genuine sense of exuberance, straight up CRAZY EXCITED energy from so many of their songs, I fucking love it and the whole project so bad. CHECK IT OUT, if just for the absurdity too cuz thats fine too :). A minute or 2, bye bye sometimes, dof 2, ITS SO FUN (a minute or 2 gives me more nostalgic gloom than fun, but im mentioning it anyways because its still amazing, trust me, LISTEN TO IT).

Well, im gonna go get ready for tommorow. This week is either gonna be a reasonable couple of days of studying, or a pain in the ass, depends how easy it is to follow along with the site. Pray for me.
